About us

Little Sanatanis ("we", "us") is a children's subscription box service based in Mumbai, India, offering monthly boxes of stories, activity materials and educational cards for children aged 3–14. By placing a pre-order or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

Pre-orders

A pre-order reserves your place in our first dispatch batch with a refundable deposit of ₹199. The expected first dispatch is September 2026; we will confirm exact dates by WhatsApp and email. The balance subscription amount is payable only before dispatch. If we are unable to dispatch within 60 days of the communicated date, you may cancel for a full refund of all amounts paid. Subscriptions and pricing

Subscription prices, tier inclusions and any founding-member pricing will be stated at checkout. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We may revise prices for future billing cycles with at least 30 days' notice; price changes never apply to boxes you have already paid for.

Delivery

We currently ship within India. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates; courier delays beyond our control can occur, and we will keep you informed on WhatsApp. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate — re-shipping costs due to incorrect addresses may be charged to you.

Our content

All stories, illustrations, card designs, and printed materials in our boxes and on this website are the intellectual property of Little Sanatanis or our licensed illustrators. They are for your family's personal use and may not be reproduced or resold commercially.

Children's safety

Our boxes are designed for the age tier marked on them. Craft materials may contain small parts; adult supervision is recommended for younger children, particularly in the Ankur (3–6) tier.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a box or subscription is limited to the amount you paid for that box. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
