Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pre-order deposits

Your ₹199 pre-order deposit is fully refundable any time before your first box is dispatched — no questions asked, no deductions. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or email namaste@littlesanatanis.com with your order details, and we will process the refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

After your box ships

Once a box has been dispatched, the deposit and balance payment for that box are non-refundable. However, if your box arrives damaged, with missing items, or with a printing defect, we will replace the affected items or the full box at no cost. Please share photos of the issue on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right quickly.

Subscription cancellation

You can pause or cancel your subscription before any upcoming month's billing date and you will not be charged for boxes that have not yet been dispatched. There are no lock-ins and no cancellation fees.

Returns

Because our boxes contain children's craft materials and printed items, we are unable to accept returns of opened boxes for hygiene and quality reasons. Unopened boxes refused at delivery will be refunded minus the actual shipping cost.

How refunds are processed

All refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method (UPI, card, or netbanking) within 5–7 business days of approval. If a refund has not appeared after 10 business days, write to us and we will share the refund reference number for your bank.
