What we collect

When you pre-order or subscribe, we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, your child's age tier selection, and your order history. We do not collect your child's name or any other information about your child beyond the age tier you choose.

Payments

All payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials — these are handled entirely by Razorpay under their own security standards and privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use your details to process orders, deliver boxes, send order and dispatch updates (primarily on WhatsApp and email), respond to your questions, and — only if you opt in — share news about new editions and offers. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or using the unsubscribe link in emails.

Analytics and advertising

This website uses cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel and Google analytics tags, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. These tools may collect your device information and browsing behaviour on this site. You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings and the ad preference settings in your Facebook, Instagram and Google accounts.

What we never do

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the business — our payment gateway, courier partners, and communication tools — and only to the extent needed to serve you.

Data retention and your rights

We keep your information for as long as you have an active relationship with us and as required for tax and legal records. In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to namaste@littlesanatanis.com. We will act on verified requests within 30 days.
